They did not answer my time sensitive email when they had shown that they were previously capable of answering me. They had replied to the exact same email address and same thread. I emailed them twice to remind them, and I had to email them a third time. It was a simple question, and I told them that even if they did not know the answer, they should still reply to me so that I can plan accordingly, since an "i dont know" can just be taken as a "no" in this case. They clearly do not care about student's wellbeing if they refuse to answer my emails for such arbitrary reasons. There is zero reason to be so rude and standoffish.
